The stomach - It could be the single of the most problematic regions on a person's body when it comes to losing fat, and it looks like everyone is concerned with obtaining a flat belly.
Unfortunately many people think they can eat anything they fancy and lose belly fat by working out to burn off the excess calories. Some even think that performing 100s of sit ups each day will give you a flat abdomen, that is maybe the biggest myth around.
The fact is that exercise is a great start, but you can not out-exercise a bad diet. Even if you perform the best exercises for burning fat you will need to consider what you eat. And I am not talking about going on a diet in the traditional sense. You will see what i mean shortly.
You need to know that your abs will never be flat until you lose fat all over your body. Maintaining a toned middle means developing good eating habits for life, stop crash dieting, workout regularly and have lots of patience. Sit ups alone will never get the job done.

Now you may have heard it before but let me tell you why drinking water aids you to burn fat.
Fluids keep your liver doing what it should be doing. Your liver is a fat burning organ that's what it does, but when your kidneys are taxed from not drinking an adequate amount of water or when you are chronically dehydrated your liver has to take over some of the responsibilities of the kidneys and as that happens, guess what, your fat burning shuts down. The best way to keep that from happening is to drink more water, 8-10 glasses a day.
